Is it possible to change university and still get SF?

I've just completed my first year at uni, and frankly, I hate it. It hasn't challenged me in the slightest and I really cant see the point in attending my three to four hours a week of lectures for the next two years, to come out knowing nothing more than when I went in.

I'm looking into other universities, but my key question is whether Student Finance would support me for the three years it would take to get the new degree, seeing as I've already done one year. Would I have to pay back the first year?

I've not made any arrangements or made contacts or any such yet, because this is my biggest blockade. Hope someone can answer!
