Is this the correct student finance form?
I am going into my third year of uni, and my online application for student finance england doesn't work so I need to do a paper based one. Is the following link correct? The "ni" in the url makes me suspicious and it says the deadline is 14th June, when to my knowledge it is 30th June/1st July.

It is the northern ireland portal, no use to you unless you are in northern ireland.
The second link is the correct form for SFE and the address is on the final page of the form.
