Employers/transcript?
Hey Guys,
I’ve just received my results for my third year and I am now looking to graduate with a first class degree. However I did not do so well in my first year, I got some 2:2 grades and even some low thirds.
Do you think this will cause a problem when/if graduate employers review my transcript?

If you've got a first overall that's what'll count in a vast majority of cases - well done!

Thank you for saying so.
To be honest, most employers will not ask to see a transcript, once you have a degree. Other universities might if you are looking to do post grad, but if you have a first overall I wouldn't worry too much.
