Starting course Sept 2014, and will get ILR in April 2014

Hey guys,

So I came over to the UK in 2009 April, and next year 2014 April I will be able to get permanent residence here in the UK.

Now what I'm not sure about is whether I will have to pay Home fees or Overseas fees when I start my Uni Course next year?

Some courses explicitly say that forr home fees you must have indefinite leave to remain on the first day of the first year of your course, whilst others don't do so as much.

Your thoughts?
If you don't have the ILR before you start then you will be classed as overseas, and you also won't be eligible for any funding from Student Finance England. Note that if you start a course before you have your ILR, you won't become eligible in the second year - if you're ineligible when you start the course you'll be ineligible all the way through.

However, the academic year starts in September, so if the ILR is granted in April 2014 and you start the course in September 2014 you will be eligible.
