Do you have to pay for your year abroad?

Or do you still get your tuition loans and maintenance loans to eat and have a roof over your head?
Someone told me you have to pay for everything yourself.

It might depend on the univeristy.

My university said they pay 300€/month into your acc and you don't pay the normal tuition fee's for that period/year.

Yeah depends on the uni, I know that when you take a year abroad when at Glasgow, saas just act like you are still in Scotland and all your fees and loans are still paid, you should be able to find info on it from the specific uni websites.
