Physics Question

Can someone explain to me how to do this question. Thanks

Question C part 1

In one test the astronaut experiences a horizontal force 4.0 times that due to normal gravity. Determine the speed of the astronaut during this test
You have not provided the whole question so I'm guessing slightly...

1. Put the centripetal acceleration on the astronaut = 4g
2. From v and the distance the astronaut is from the centre find the angular speed w. There is a formula for this.
There is a well known relationship between w and the frequency f of revolution.
3. This is the centripetal force (provided by the the side of the pod pushing inwards) added (vectors!) to the upwards force of the seat which is the normal reaction to the astronaut's weight.
I assume the mass of the astronaut was provided somewhere else in the question.
