I'm in love with a girl older than me.
I have grown feelings for a girl who is 7 years older than me (I'm 23) However I'am stopping myself from telling her for various reasons one being she works with me, and I tell myself how could she possibly feel the same way, as she is older... When I first met her I didn't see her as a potential love interest but as I have got to know her, I have released what a great person she is, and I cant stop thinking about her. It's actually getting me a bit down. Help!
causally bring up the subject of dating someone younger when talking to her. If she feels alright with it, then that should give you some confidence to try to charm her. If not, you have to accept her preference.
