its win win as far as I can see.

And its nowhere near as expensive as prison for life.


plus you can use the prison space when they die for people suspected of being pedos.

They're almost as dangerous as far as Im concerned.No smoke without fire! So win win win


Once due process is sorted they do yeah lol, some prisoners are on death row for at least 10 years (using US death row stats) and someone even well over 20 years.

It's way more expensive in the short term; court cases, endless appeals, high security prisons cost triple of that of a normal cell (again US stats). Obviously in the long term life without parole would cost more but not for a good couple of decades. Also the fact that hardly anyone gets imprisoned for life without parole (I think it's around the 50 mark atm. in the UK) unless it's a really major case, and the European court has issued full life sentences inhumane or w.e.

So overall, no it's not as expensive except in very extreme cases.
