What exactly is "the salafi"? Are you referring to the "Al-Nura Party"? Just because the Al-Nura may encompass salafism doesn't mean salafism encompasses Al-Nura. I can assure you if you actually knew any salafis you wouldn't accuse them for being Zionist. What connection does Lawrence have with salafism?

Rothschild isn't a freaking agency, it's a family name. There's the investment bank but I can't see how one can be agent of a investment bank unless his doing some sort of corporate espionage.

Anyway, did it ever occur to you that maybe they liked Obama's logo and decided to simply use it? It's pretty hard coming up with a right logo therefore why not just use one that's been fairly well-received?

That article doesn't mention any Salafis, Al-Qaeda, or other Islamists, and speaks of how the Israeli government opposes their actions; I fail to see why Israeli doctors would willingly aid such people of their own initiative. They're probably helping the more secular types among what is left of the FSA.
