Just a thought.

I was going to start the P90X system this Monday. So technically, the first full 30 days of training will be during Ramadhan.

Its interval training for an hour everyday, 6 days a week. I was going to train the 1 hour before Ifthar and then when I am done training, I will eat what I need to eat after breaking the fast.

I won't be bulking, just cutting and eating clean 1500ish calories a day.

Let me know what you guys think.

No way in hell if it's interval training. I know P90X isn't as cardio intensive as Insanity but that late in the day anything you do has to be light or intense and very short. Give it a try but I think it may be unrealistic.
