But the amount your rep goes up/down by depends on the amount of green gems of the person giving you it. So I have one green gem, so i would change someones rep by +/- 1 if someone has two green it would change somesone rep by +/- 2. but if you have red gems, then you don't affect the rep of anyone you give it to.
