Help! Dissertation Survey about volunteers

Dear fellow volunteer,
I am a M.Sc. International Events Management student at University of Surrey. I am now taking my dissertation survey about volunteers. My research project deals with the relationship between motivation and retention among first time volunteers and returned volunteers.
