I suppose it depends on your outlook, and what you want to do with yourself, if you graduate as a Dentist, you're going to spend every day of your life staring down people's throats, if that's appealing to you, then Dentistry is obviously the best, now, personally, even although it would pay very well, that doesn't sound like an interesting way to spend your one and only life.
Geosciences. Exploration work, you could find yourself working in Chile one week, Arctic the following, locating oil and gas, precious gems and metals, and the varying careers within that field of work is vast.
But, that's what interest me, so I would say that.
