tbh as crazy as you are i think you're right in this instance, the Boston bomber has pleaded not guilty something which is much more interesting and game changing than a hispanic guy shooting a black guy after a scuffle. Although i think the reason is that the media want to increase racial tensions as they can milk it for months writing story after story rather than some malevolent group with a more sinister intention.
