Sounds much better than my year 10 work exp placement at Marks and Spencer!
Luckily since then I have managed to beef up my work experience with the local car garage, also did a few months at a tuning shop, the novelty soon worn off when I realised 70% of the time I was just plugging in a laptop and re-mapping the ECUs. That being said playing with the dyno was good fun!

It's a shame I've gone off the idea of Mechanical Engineering...
