Student finance error constantly

So people, my problem with student finance is that i have all got it sorted out for a full time HND, but now i have been trying to change it back to the univeristy, but the problem is that when i go to change something, at the end it always says error, so i can't change it, when i refresh it, it is still on HND, i've changed my mind, i know i can call up student finance but i just wanted to know if there was another way.
