One Muslim officer with the Met said: "It is like saying black officers are more likely to be muggers. Today it is Muslim officers who are treated as the Uncle Toms. How can they say to the Muslim community 'trust us', when they don't even trust their own Muslim officers.".................

Ahmanrahman Jafar, vice-chairman of the legal affairs committee of the Muslim Council of Britain, said it was shortsighted of the Met to be alienating its Muslim officers at such a sensitive time...........

Superintendent Dal Babu, chairman of the Association of Muslim Officers, said the report had racist undertones. "We are gravely concerned about its contents and the message it sends to recruits and potential recruits," he said............

Perhaps they would of been better finding out who wrote the report before playing the race card:

So Pakistani Muslim Police officers are more likely to be corrupt than other police officers, Thats not racism it is stating something which most of the general public already know.

Do you think these officers should be given anti-corruption training?

Personally i don't think it would do any good. If a person is corrupt a little bit of extra training wont make any difference. People who are likely to be corrupt should not be employed as police officers (or any other official position). Just a few weeks ago a corrupt immigration chief was suspended for offering visa's for sex.

Most officials who are non white have gained their positions because of silly quotas which mean the best person for a job is often overlooked in favour of somebody who is from an under represented ethnic minority. Checks are not properly carried out on many of these people. Unsuitable people get into positions and people Dare not speak up because they fear being branded a racist.
Some non whites who i know also complain about this because they would rather get a job through hard work, not because they are from an ethnic minority.

Well done to all the previous generations for leaving my generation a legacy of corruption and stupidity (I'd like to say something about T.bLair now but it's not only his fault, the others before him were just as bad)

Your corruption argument is crap. You GET corrupt when you are in a position of power, so how can you not let corrupt people have jobs? You have your cause and effect mixed up, shall i give you the " absolute power" phrase? How, in the context you are putting it in(one of a job situation), can there be corrpution, without a job? They would have to have the job to be corrupt, so saying "We shouldnt give corrupt people have official positions" is plain stupid.

Right. You said that non-whites aren' checked out properly. Go and get the proof of that. I want names of non-white officials, who weren't checked out, and who then abused their positions of power in the UK. Ther aren't many non-whites in positions of power, so it shouldn' be too hard for you to come up with some names. Then, i'll throw in some names of white people in positions of power who weren't checked properly(see, it isn't just non-whites who aren't checked out you know, another fact of the day for you(see Ian Huntley)), and we can compare, in ratio, the situation. You are insinuating that non-whites don't seserve the jobs they get, and that they aren't checked out, ebcause PC companies, and government, are too scared to carry out the checks because they want to appease ethnic minorities here. What utter tosh.

The second bold sentece is extremely telling about you. Why not go and find a little haven somewhere, instead of crying to your ancestors about letting black people have jobs.

There is a fair point inside their though. Would people consider it racist to point out that some ethnic-minority groups have a much stronger sense of community than the White Anglo-Saxon population?

Well of course, because the smaller a community is, the easier it is to spot the defining features of it. Add to that that the housing situation places lots of people from the same parts of the world together, and it's plain to see that there are strong community-type groups arouind. Britain is inhabited by white people, with a 92% majority. So thats just one big giant, spread out-across-the-country community, with different subcultures sprouting among them. The subcultures exist because people like the idea of community, only there isn't a sense of a white community here, because the whole country is practically white. So subcultures, which make groupings smaller, and more identifiable, and different enough from other groups to warrant being defined as such, are born.

This has nothing to do with that cretin Vortigens nastiness though.

This is where the problem lies - its nothing to do with race. If you live in a small community, you will undoubtedly come under pressure from that community to turn a blind eye to minor offences. Say, the other day you were issued with a parking ticket even though you were only double-parked for a couple of minitues, with the police who issued the ticket even doing so after you had returned to your vehicle. Would they have done this if it was in a small village, where you and and the policeman knew each other? or do you think you'd be let off with a friendly warning? Is it not natural for a policeman from a small community to come under pressure to turn a blind eye to minor offences perpetrated by members of that community? Of course, that's not to say that those of us from a more isolated individual background won't fall foul of other types of corruption (if i don't care about the community, i may not have a problem with selling it out by recieving bribes), but that still doesn't change the fact that such close-knit communities do generate corruption-based problems.

I am saying the most suitable candidate for a job should get the job, Not some person ethnic minority just so quotas can be filled.

Even since the Ian Huntley case Good old new labour have allowed people on the sex offenders register to work in schools.

I think you'll find Sol that such investigations are only demanded by the more guilty party. Criminals tend to point away from their crimes. Wouldn't you?

And, ahem,

Police officers ought not be a racialised population. As public officials they are prone enough to politicisation and exploitation. Race makes that quotient many times higher given minority grievances.

No-one should pretend that minority Police Officers in a politicised force are compromised. And no-one should believe the never ending stories in my signature links to Amren, Vdare, or Steve Sailer carry any import.

Our minorities are wonderful, unique, supreme.....
