Needing an A in Chemistry for graduate medicine !!!

Hey guys with the higher results just around the corner , I am beginning to think I may have a B in higher chemistry .

I was looking at doing a life sciences degree and then doing medicine but some courses in Scotland (which is where I will apply) ask for an A in chemistry in addition to the first degree.

So I was wondering if an A or B in advanced higher chemistry would mean I no longer needed an A at higher to meet the requirements ?

Well you can't be certain as grade boundaries change every year. It depends on university. Some Uni's want a minimum of A at AS in chemistry, some want A* in chemistry and others want A in A-level.

It all depends on time. Just go through your desired course at the moment, when the time comes. Go for it!
