That's right. Having a platonic relationship is one thing, Having a non-physical romantic relationship is another. I'm sure there are millions of married men around the country laughing their heads off and swear they're living proof, lol. Maybe its just me? A non-contact relationship is just that, a relationship. Even married couple who no-longer play hide the sausage still have that peck on the cheek in the morning when leaving for work.
I would say yes. For example, religious people who don't have sex before marriage can still date and have a good relationship for years prior to getting married.
Yes, sometimes with other people who are asexual, and sometimes with people who aren't. You can still have a romantic attraction to people if you're asexual

I'm guess both of you like a little vagina on the side eh?

obviously it's all about the sex. no one really cares about the emotions.

Don't you get bored of trolling?

It's not exactly not having an attraction to a sex, it's not having a sexual attraction to either sex. You can still be attracted to a certain sex depending on your romantic orientation (heteroromantic, homoromantic etc).

I'd consider emotions to be vastly more important than sex

Being an asexual, I might be able to answer.
Personally, I will probably not have a relationship but that's more due to my personal reasons - though asexuality helps me stay away from forming relationships.

However, with that said, many asexuals are capable of forming sexual relationships as well as platonic relationships with one another. Being asexual doesn't mean you don't enjoy things like intercourse - you just don't tie it in with a strong attraction of anything. Although the most likely relationship in my view would be a platonic bond as described in this thread

I can get a good orgasm from anywhere at anytime.

A person that I care about is more difficult to find.
By relationship I guess you mean a romantic, committed , monogamous relationship - and not just any kind of connection with another person? Anyway, the answer is yes, they can. Some do, some don't. Many asexuals identify with a specific romantic orientation (e.g. heteroromantic = romantically attracted to the opposite gender), while others are aromantic (not romantically attracted to anyone).
