Resolution
For the General Assembly

China,

Noting that ratification and voting records for the Treaty in question are no longer available, and
Realising that most of the representatives who negotiated the Treaty are no longer active in the MUN;

1.

Moves that the 'World Free Trade Zone' be dissolved with immediate effect,

2.

States that a new treaty ought to be negotiated.

This is the Treaty I'm talking about. It was negotiated in the MUN by the MHoC Foreign Minister at the time. Due to the recent incident in the MUN, all polling records were deleted (all polls from before the incident are closed, with zero voters), so we have no definitive way of knowing who is actually in this Treaty.
Both the Swiss Confederation and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan vote aye. Both nations wish to choose who they trade with as opposed to a Supranational organisation imposing on our respective states, persons and businesses. As noted neither representative is present and their's no link between the MhoC and MUN therefore the bill must be null and void due to the outdated nature of the bill in question.

Argentina is hesitant because we are a trading partner. We would like to see the proposal for the replacement before voting to disband this. Therefore our vote at the moment is an abstain.

Unfortunately, the current Treaty seems to prohibit the negotiation of a new treaty whilst the current Treaty is still in force.
Syria supports the moves of China in this resolution.
