Hate/quit your grad scheme?
Hi everyone,
I'm currently writing an article for a national newspaper regarding graduate employment, and I'd like to hear from any graduates who have undertaken a graduate training scheme who aren't completely satisfied with it.
The article focuses on assessing why graduate schemes are promoted as the only option for graduates, whilst students are led away from following their extracurriculars, which could lead them into their dream job.
Quotes can be as anonymous as you wish, for example:
Kate, a mathematics student from the University of Nottingham, is becoming disillusioned with her recruitment graduate scheme. "..."
