Psychology c800 - unrestricted units / electives in other departments

Hiya! I'm having a bit of a panic as the day draws nearer and my optimism is rising and I feel I may have achieved higher grades than anticipated. As a result of this I am considering applying to York through 'Adjustment' rather than Sheffield, my current firm choice. However, I have a burning question which I can't seem to find the answer to anywhere and I was wondering if anyone who has firmed York for Psychology could help me.
At Sheffield, in First Year students do unrestricted units to the value of 60 credits - i.e. they can do other modules totaling 60 credits in any other subject, which is awesome! I haven't seen anything saying that those studying psychology at York can do any value of credits in other departments, but I haven't seen otherwise (doesn't say you can, doesn't say you can't).
I'm just wondering if it is possible to do some at York? (First Year). On the Sheffield website it doesn't say anything about it, however, in the Undergraduate Handbook it states the 60 credits thing so maybe it's the case for York? (Haven't got a handbook of any sort as I (stupidly) didn't apply).

Thanks!

This year they did not allow electives to be taken by students in the Psychology department.
