GCSE Food Tech Help

For the AQA GCSE Food Technology Controlled Assessment, it says you need to include a design criteria. Does anyone know how many points this needs to be? Also any other tips for GCSE Food Tech would be welcomed - (rubbish teacher) - theory OR controlled assessment!! :smile:
