I am currently planning my dissertation for the next academic year. I want to focus on Sovereign Immunity as a defence to honouring arbitral awards but no matter how much reading I do, I've had no inspiration for a specific question. I do not simply want to do an overview of the current situation.
Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.
