Rejecting unconditional offer (After been accepted)

The only thing that I found is that I can change my mind no later than 8 days after accepting the offer. However this period has expired and I was wondering if there is any way to quit the whole process? Are there any penalty payments?

Why on Earth would you want to do that?

As far as I'm aware you don't receive any "penalty payments" from UCAS or the university itself. I would recommend you to contact UCAS as soon as possible.

Ring up Lancaster and UCAS. The phones amy have died down a little bit tomorrow.

You can withdraw from the process, however it will mean you can't apply to another university until 2014 entry!
