Australian student wanting to study in London?

Hi everyone, new to this site, so sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum!
I'm a high school student from Australia and am seriously considering studying in the UK for university. I'm a very organised person and I like to plan really ahead so I have some questions:
1. Most universities require and ATAR (Australian admissions tertiary rank) to a certain rank to allow admission into their university. We receive ours at the end of the year (December). When should I apply to a university?
2. How much money would I need to save beforehand? (Incl. for accommodation, food etc. already have tuition costs covered)
3. Is it costly living in London?
4. Is finding work there while studying and being an international student hard?
5. Which is cheaper? Living in the university or renting out a flat?
6. Chances of getting a scholarship?
if you can answer all these questions thanks so much! Just a curious person trying to learn more.

Hi,

3. It depends where you live. Central, for example, is more expensive than if you were to live in the north west.
5. Again, it depends. The uni you want to go to, should have lists of private and uni accommodation.
