lipid composition in tumours

What is the difference in the phospholipids/lipid composition of tumour cells compared to normal cells? How is it possible for such differences to occur? Please recommend me specific books which is relevant to the topic of my discussion. This is beyond my a-level bio syllabus so it is difficult for me to obtain further details.

Thanks for the article, but could you recommend me any particular biochem book on this topic. My teacher is giving us an assignment on this topic and I can't find any book to refer to. Do you have any book to recommend?
