OCR has been terrible for me. I did History and Latin with them, most papers for both subjects seemed ambiguous and they generally could've been structured better. History in particular, questions leaned more towards being outside of the focus of their own specification.
AQA - English.
Edexcel gets my vote. I only did IGCSEs with them, and the papers and resources they offer have been pretty helpful and straightforward (besides the process of elimination of course, as this the only other exam board I did).
