What does "A#" mean???
On my GCSE results sheet I got an A# for Chinese. What does that mean??? 
Are you sure it's not a clerical mistake and is actually an A*? You should be able to find out your UMS points and use this to check what grade you have got.

Are you Chinese? Might be you got a top 10 in the country result? Or just a typo from A*
i always thought # meant you were absent for part of the exam?
I pretty sure it means A*, I googled it too and it seems to be that.
