Punjabi A-Level

I am contemplating whether or not to take my Punjabi A Level. If I decide to take it, I will be taking it out of school and earlier than the rest of my A Levels. Will it still count as one of my A Levels i.e Will I still get UCAS/UMS points for it? Will it increase my chances to get into a good Uni?

It will count, and you will get UMS. As for will it improve your chances that depends what you get in it and what course/uni you are applying to.
Unfortunately, if you do an A Level in your native language, or a language that you speak at home, then it often won't count in the eyes of universities. For instance, if your family are French-speaking and you did French A Level, then you'll need to do three full A Levels on top of that. However, it's still a good idea to take it as it proves a competency to future employers and they count towards the ABB+ cap (and yes, you will still get UMS points, though I think you're probably confusing UMS and UCAS points, which you also get )
Nice font. It's worth doing but it won't count in an offer.
