Getting into a RG Uni with these GCSE grades?

6 A*s, 3 As, 1 B. (and also an 'A' in a Religious Studies short-course).

Would I have a chance if I applied at unis like Barts, Imperial (and maybe even Cambridge...) ?

I've wanted to do Medicine all my life :')

Cambridge primarily judge applicants by AS-level UMS grades, where successful applicants have generally a median of 96%...and BMAT.

Barts don't look at GCSEs but UKCAT and UCAS tariffs.

Imperial look at BMAT and others.

You're GCSEs are fine, however it is too early to decide where to apply to your strengths - get good AS-levels, BMAT and UKCAT and you will have a chance.

To be honest RG universities do not really matter and do not affect you chances of getting into foundation year training.
