Yes, I should imagine so. I just did a quick search on UCAS for 'Computer Science' courses. One course I saw needed 200 UCAS points, you can look at this tariff table here which will give you an idea of what grades you'd need to achieve in your exams in order to have the required UCAS points. You should also check the course entry requirements to check whether or not they'd accept your BTEC and A-Level (I imagine many do, just best to check).
