Procedure for leaving sainsburys

Hi there guys

so i'm looking for a new job and may be in luck with morrisons as they've took an interest to me and have wanted me to fill out an application form asap.

I KNOW THIS DOESNT MEAN I HAVE THE JOB

i want to prepare myself by knowing the correct procedure to leave if i am sucessful.

i've looked online and on the .Gov website it says 1 week for every year of service unless stated different in contract. well, i've looked in my contract and there is nothing at all regarding leaving procedures.

any advice?

trust me, i'm extremely tempted to but i don't want it biting me in the ass

It's usually 4 weeks notice unless you're still in the probation period which I assume you're not

Do you not have your contract or the colleague handbook to refer to? :smile:
