what should I do?:(

I still have IB to go but my IGCSE grades are baddish
I GOT 2A* 1 A 2B 3Cs and a D
will I find IB hard
First of all, IB is never easy to begin with.

It all comes down to your attitude and work ethics really.

Getting a few Cs and Ds at IGCSE doesn't necessarily mean that you are doomed in IB. It just means that you need to really get your sh*t together and work really hard to get the grades that you want. I have seen people who only performed okay-ish at GCSE and improved drastically to get 35+ in IB. To succeed in the IB you don't need to be super-smart or anything (although it would help). It's about other skills as well, such as balancing your workload and time management. You just need to get organised and set clear goals for yourself.
It doesn't mean that iB will be hard at all so don't worry! But I'm sorry to say that you're going to have SUCH a big problem when trying to apply to university if you're applying in the UK
