I'd love to see you present evidence for what you claim. What you're saying equates to this: Israel bombs Palestinians, then sends in medical personnel to save them. I hope you acknowledge the absurdity of your suggestion.

This is a common misconception, and one that is encouraged by these 'flotilla' groups. Israel maintains a naval blockade on Gaza to prevent the military reapply of Hamas by uninspected ships. Israel offers each one of these 'flotilla' ships the opportunity to dock at the port of Ashdod, load any genuine humanitarian goods onto trucks, and join the large stream of goods-laden trucks that cross into Gaza from Israel on any normal day. They also have the option of docking in Egypt and crossing into Gaza through Rafah. Indeed, after the Marmara flotilla was boarded and the ships taken to the ports of Ashdod and Haifa, the Israelis offloaded the supplies and sent them to Gaza, where they made up a small portion of what crosses in every normal week.

You talk about bombing, which I never mentioned. Of course, anyone familiar with the situation would know that Israeli aerial strikes are generally confined to targets in Gaza, where Israel does not have the regular ability to deploy medical personnel. People injured in these strikes are treated in Gaza, using medical supplies partially supplied by Israel and partially supplied by other governments or organisations with Israel's assistance:
