both the topics are good, but you need to streamline it else your tutor will not allow you to continue with the research. In my opinion, you selected an event or scenario 'more likely to commit the crime' which is not that much easy to prove with the research....because there is no or less valid data supporting this claim. instead, iff you select some already proven topic related to this like 'terrorism and the contribution of working class people' or 'why working class people are more tend to commit some particular crime than ---- people? ' it will be easy to write and prove as there are vast academic valid references including govt data to support the research findings (you can compare this with your results to prove it). Also you can seek some help from some experts online (there are thousands working with online writing companies like fastcustomessays.com, this i used when i need it to manage my studies and work life)
