Math studies for medicine?

Hi,
I have had my first day today as an IB student an applied for math SL - we have to take a test on our ability in math to see if we are fitted for math SL. At the end of the day, we got our results back and it turns out I have failed the test and now I am required to do math studies. I want to be in the medicine field in two years - and I want to study in the UK. So I'm wondering, am I going to get accepted in a good college/uni with math studies?

I emailed Kings College, UCL, Imperial, Queen Mary's, Leicester, South Hampton and St George's ( st georges wants you to achieve at least a 6) medical schools and they are all completely find with math studies  I was in the same situation as you, but I ended up getting a 4 in SL at the end of my first year so was 'recommended' to move down to studies. If you are thinking of any other med schools in UK just email them too and make sure it's okay  good luck and hope you become a doctor!
