When does the academic year start and end?

Hey... I'm filling in my student finance forms and it wants to know when my course begins and ends (month and year). I've browsed the site but couldn't find anything. I start in 2006 and I'll be studying Physics (if it's different for different degrees).

Freshers week starts on September 11th, so just 09/06 and if you're doing a 4year degree its 06/10 for graduating, or 06/09 if you're skipping the first year and going straight into year 2. Thats what i've put anyway!
