Does the University of Law (Moorgate) have a "Freshers week"

Greetings!

While we may all be post-graduate students, I was wondering if there was some form of "Freshers week" equivalent for us at the University of law where we can meet our fellow course mates. I've been scouring the internet for evidence of such a thing, and I have come up blank thus far. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Usually there isn't a specific freshers week for postgraduate courses, though you may find that there's a postgraduate society which will put on welcome events. I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least one semi-social event in the department at the very beginning of term.

It would be a good idea to contact the university union / PG society, and the department, to ask about this (and suggest that it be organised - perhaps by you - if there are no current plans)

Ah, thanks for the response! I've just E-mailed them now to ask for clarification on the matter. Failing that...Well, I know nothing about London, but I'm sure I could have a stab at finding a pub.
