2 bedroom house available on Beechwood Mount in Burley.

We are 2 students looking for replacement tenants for our Burley Park based house. Ideally we are looking for 2 more students but people who are working in the area are more than welcome.

The house is kept in clean condition, with 2 double bedrooms with a cellar for storage, study, fully furnished living room, bathroom and kitchen.

There is easy access to burley park train station as it is only 5 minutes walk. And 10 minutes into Headingley. Local amenities include convenience stores, 24 Hour CO-OP and petrol station, Kirkstall leisure centre and Cardigan Fields which accommodates bars restaurants cinema and a health club.

*Please note, we are not the landlord, we are just acting on their behalf in order to find suitable replacements*
