If you have BUPA, you can go on like a course of injections that basically gets rid of hayfever. My brother had really bad hayfever and he went on this course 2 years ago, having an injection like every 2 weeks over the summer, then the next year every month and now he just has to have a booster if he needs it. The injections have got rid of it.

So if you have BUPA you could ask your GP about this.

goto the doctor say you have hayfever, they'll prescribe you some pills, (some of them make you drowsy though, but some of them don't), I think I'm on neoclarityn the first ones the doc gave me put me to sleep, they work really well for me, never get hayfever when I'm taking them.

Try taking more than one pill?? You can take up to three every day. Take one before bed and as they work for 8 hours you should be fine. I usually am, though I did wake up at 4:40 this morning and had to take another one!! lol!!
