No. Only certain universities do.

definitley not. Remember some universities will expect you to get AAA+ to get in for all or some courses. You need to look on the websites of the universities you are interested in to see.

For languages at least barely any unis I've looked at do this as they all ask for at least AAB, though I know Southampton MFL department give you £500 bursary in your first year for languages degree students.
