Probably by putting it on their UCAS form.

Well the fact people are receiving interviews even before the UKCAT scores have been sent off will be doing nothing to help my chronic anxiety...

I haven't applied to Durham (was gonna but my UKCAT a was lower than most people) but I can assure you that you shouldn't be worried at this stage. No one has interviews now. Think about, the people (no offence to them) say they had phone calls, what makes them so special? Lol and a phone call can't be proven like an email can so you wouldn't ask for proof.

I can assure you I do have an interview. I was surprised myself thinking they would wait until UKCAT scores are released but I did put mine on the UCAS form. Durham do notify people about interviews by phone and they said I'd get a letter about it in the post in the next few days.
