instant coffee and diarrhea?
okay this is a bit awkward but....does anyone else experience this?
this morning was very stressful for me and i didnt get much sleep at all last night. basically, my dog was at the vets all morning and he was very sick. he died this morning at lunchtime. i didnt eat anything until lunch but i had about 3-4 cups of instant coffee. ive since read online that instant coffee on an empty stomach can cause diarrhea? The coffee i had is called douwe egberts. anyone else had this? i dont feel sick or ill in myself - just anxious as i dont like getting sick and sad about my old dog.
does it sound like im ill?

No, you sound fine, diarrhea can be a symptom of anxiety, and also, I have been known to get the 'runs' after consuming caffeinated beverages, and if you have had 3 or 4 instant coffees on an empty stomach, that could be the reason 
I find I often need to poo more when I drink a lot of coffee
