Tips for keeping handwriting neat

I'm not the neatest writer in the world but under non-stressful conditions most people say they can read my writing. However, in exams (especially ones like psch and english) my writing starts out fine but slowly gets worse and worse. Does anyone have any tips for keeping it neat? It's not to do with time, just stress I think.

if its readbale who cares,
dont concentrate on your writing!
mine is really neat tilllast half an hour, then my hands starts goin short term n all this , and i jst cant stop it! lol
but of my mind and body interacting!
lol
dont worry about it,
if u can read it? why not read overe your essay any words u think are dodge, make them more clear?

PRESS LIGHTLY!

When you start you're usually brimming to get your ideas down and your so excited you are usually pressing too hard! Take it easily calm down and press lightly, your hand is less likely to get cramped earlier.
