As part of a school project a group of students will be developing a social event organizing application. The app is planned to be free of charge and will help organize a variety of events. There are many times when you just want to meet new people with whom you share the same interest and this app would be designed to do just that. Users would have the ability to create an event and have others join. Users would be ranked on a variety of components such as rate of attendance among other things. Interaction of members would be facilitated through other social media such as Facebook. Now the million dollar question, seeing this application offered on your mobile platform, how likely are you to use it? If not, why? Any other input would be greatly appreciated.
