Wow, so i ended up staying up all night memorising topics for this exam. I only managed to do 2 and a half! and was nackard and nervous as hell! Amazingly the two that I knew fully came up!

That went so well (I think lol)... so I did 'Law and Morals' and 'Law and Justice'.... what about everyone else?

I wasn't as lucky. Took a risk and only learnt two topics. The risk failed. Thankfully I don't need law to get into uni but I'll probably resit next year anyway.

I was hoping morals and justice came up 2....was so happy. My mate sat behind me tho, did only justice and balancing conflict interests, i knew she'd be gutted soon as we turned paper over.

I spent 2 long on justice tho, wrote 7 pages for it, only half 30mins to do morals. Got 4 pages done considerin the time, Quite happy with both tho.
What bout everyone else???

I'm happy with how it went. I learnt 3, fault, morals and judicial creativity and they all came up so I had a choice.

I did fault and judicial creativity, I felt my conclusions would be stronger on them than morals. Timing was fine, 45 minutes was enough...overall good exam that makes up for not doing as well as I wanted to in unit 5 (I did the second tort question).

I did Law and Morals excellently (cheers for that Jamie), and was confident with my answer for Fault although I spent too long on Morals and only left myself half an hour for Fault and got just over 2 pages done for it. I covered everything in the essay plan Cathy gave me for fault (cheers for that), but did it quite superficially because I just didn't have the time.

Faily confident I've got around the 90 mark for the paper which is roughly what I need for an A.

I did Justice and Judicial creativity, wrote about 4 pages on them both; was going to do morals but I thought it wouldn't come up as its been on the past 4 exams!
