How do I get my c1 driving licence

I'm 19 and currently have my driving licence however to apply to my uni course I need a C1 driving licence any idea how I go about this?

Higher medical standards apply to C and D categories.
Assuming your licence shows a B on your pink photocard, but you do not have C1 under "provisional entitlement" on your counterpart, then you should start by getting a medical and having a D4 form filled in by your doctor.
