studying to be a nurse!

Hi I am after some information, after searching for hrs online I thought forums would be the best place to start.....

I am a 28 year old single mum to a 2 year old, I currently work part time for the Dwp, I have always wanted to be a nurse and after just finding out I'm going to be made redundant next March, I have decided this is the best time for me. I have over 5 a-c gcses but no a levels I understand I need to do an accsess course to get into uni, and after looking online there are so many I don't know what the right one for me to do is,

Can anyone who has completed an access course to get into nursing advise me.
