Grades on UCAS form

Hi everyone!

I know this is going to sound like a stupid question; but on the UCAS form, do I enter the grades I got at AS or A2 with the incomplete modules left "pending"? UCAS gives me a warning saying "Warning: normally applicants who have AS qualifications are also taking A levels. If you are sure that you do not wish to enter any A level details, ignore this message. Otherwise, please enter your A levels."

On a slightly less stupid note, doing Maths and F. Maths, completing my Maths A-Level in 2012/2013 and doing Further this year (2013-14), how do I go about putting Further maths in?
